- oddelíme žĺtka od bielka, žĺtky potrieme 7 lyžicami oleja a štipkou soli
- bielka vyšľaháme spolu s 250 g cukru a sáčkami vanilkového cukru
- žĺtky vmiešame do rozšľahaného bielka a múky, ktorá sa pridá do dažďa, potom dáme nasekané vlašské orechy
- nalejte kompozíciu do formy a potom pridajte čerešne
